Thank you for choosing Eye & Vision Clinics, S.C. We are happy to serve families in De Pere, Luxemburg, and throughout the Green Bay Metropolitan Area with personalized eye care services. Whether you’re receiving a comprehensive eye exam or being fitted for contact lenses, we’ll ensure you feel welcome and comfortable. Our professional staff is dedicated to providing optometry treatments that not only correct your vision impairments, but benefit your overall health and well-being.

make your first visit as smooth as possible…

  • Please arrive about 15 minutes early to allow time for paperwork
  • Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card
  • Have any important medical records/information forwarded to our office
  • Bring your current frames, glasses or contact lens prescription

During your appointment, we will clearly explain every exam or procedure and answer all of your questions. We’ll also educate you on all of your available options so you can make an informed decision regarding your eye wear or treatment.

    FAQs

    How often should I have an eye exam?

    It is recommended that you have yearly eye exams to ensure the best possible vision and monitor the health of the eyes.

    How much is an eye exam?

    Without insurance, a new patient adult exam is $144 and an existing patient exam is $124. Children’s exams are $99. This does not include additional fees for contact lens wearers.

    How long is my prescription good for?

    Glasses and contact lens prescriptions are valid for one year from the date of the examination.

    Is an appointment needed to look at glasses?

    No, you can stop in any time during regular business hours to look at glasses.

    Do I need to have an exam there or can I bring my prescription from somewhere else to get glasses?

    As long as you have a current prescription, we can help you find the right pair of glasses!

    Can your doctors treat an eye infection or if I have something in my eye?

    Yes, our doctors treat medical issues as well as perform comprehensive eye exams.

    My child has a vision screening at school. Do they still need an eye exam?

    Yes, up to 75% of school vision screenings can miss vision problems. Eye exams are essential for your child’s success!

    I need cataract surgery. Do you do that at your office?

    No, we do not do surgery but we can do all of the follow up care after surgery.
