Meet Our Team
Dr. Matthew Nelson
Dr. Matthew Nelson is a native of Ashwaubenon, WI. He attended UW-Madison and graduated from Illinois College of Optometry. His expertise includes primary care, ocular diseases, contact lenses, low vision and pediatrics. Dr. Nelson is also licensed to prescribe therapeutic drugs and ocular-therapeutic drugs. His interests include music, golf, camping and reading. A resident of Casco, WI, he is currently accepting new patients in both the De Pere and Luxemburg offices.
Dr. Tyler Mazur
Dr. Tyler Mazur was born and raised in Reedsburg, Wi. For his undergraduate education he attended Lawrence University in Appleton, WI where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology. While at LU Tyler participated in multiple sports including football, basketball, golf, and track. He went on to graduate from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry where he enjoyed working in the Vision Therapy and Pediatrics departments. During his free time he enjoys playing with his kids, golfing with anyone who will join him, and spending time with his wife who is also an optometrist in the Fox Valley area. Dr. Mazur is currently accepting patients in both the De Pere and Luxemburg offices.

She enjoys helping people and is always focused on helping patients choose the “right” pair of glasses based on their needs, likes and dislikes. The most rewarding part of her job is when a patient puts on a pair of glasses for the first time and is able to see clearly. When she isn’t at work, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys and of course shopping!
